Studio Ropewalk, LLC

Est. 2026

Every product ships
under its own name.

Studio Ropewalk is a limited liability company holding a portfolio of independently branded software products.

Rather than operating under one shared name, each product ships as its own trade name, with its own domain, its own brand, and its own customers. What follows is the current portfolio, grouped by how each one earns.

Readiness

Ad-Supported Web Tools

Free browser-based utilities, monetised through display advertising. The converters need no account and never upload a file; the calculators add an optional free account, with a paid membership on each still in progress.

  • Jaypegery

    jaypegery.com

A free image-format converter for JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP, SVG and AVIF. Every conversion happens in the visitor's browser; no file is ever uploaded to a server. There is no paid tier and no account requirement.

  • FileFinery

    filefinery.com

Converts images and common document formats (DOCX, TXT, MD, HTML) to PDF, and ships merge, split and page-reorder tools alongside a directory for finding a nearby print shop. Processing is client-side, so no user file is transmitted or stored.

  • Plankmath

    plankmath.com

Home-improvement calculators for DIY homeowners: paint, flooring, decking, gravel and similar project math. Free and ad-supported. A $24/yr membership for saving additional calculations is built, with the payment side still to finish.

Subscription Software

Recurring-revenue products, each with a free trial or a permanently free tier before billing starts.

  • PerkMaximus

    iOS · Android

Tells you which of your own credit cards earns the most on a given purchase, and tracks the rotating and annual credits attached to those cards so they never expire unused. It holds no account data and never connects to a bank; card selections stay on the device.

    Model$29.99/yr · 7-day trial
    StatusAwaiting store approval
  • Deedhaven

    deedhaven.com

Home-inventory and warranty tracking, in a web app with companion iOS and Android apps, for keeping a record of what a household owns, when warranties and return windows expire, and the documentation an insurance claim would need.

    Model$6/mo · $60/yr
    StatusPre-launch
  • Gateholme

    gateholme.com

Household management for people who own or manage multiple properties: arrival checklists, vendor coordination, spend approvals, and a shared record of each property's history. Sold as a per-household subscription, reached through direct outreach rather than paid marketing.

    Model$149–749/mo · 14-day trial
    StatusPilot outreach pending
  • Barn Aisle

    barnaisle.com

Season management for competitive equestrian families and trainers: a shared calendar of entry and stabling deadlines, a document checklist for horse health records, and an expense ledger for the show season. Outreach is timed to the Winter Equestrian Festival, January–April 2027.

    Model$199–349/mo · 14-day trial
    StatusSeasonal launch pending
  • Calls & Costs

    callsandcosts.com

A public record of an experiment in automated stock analysis. A language-model system forms a buy, sell or hold opinion each day, and a separate engine is designed to act on it in a simulated account with no real money. Every call, what it cost to produce, and how it turned out will be published the day it happens. The scorecard is planned as free and permanent; a membership would fund the compute, not a private tier. The page is built to withhold its headline figure until thirty trades have closed, and there is no backtest.

Curated Marketplaces

Timed, single-lot online auctions. Revenue comes from a seller's commission on each sale rather than a subscription.

  • Enhydro

    enhydrogems.com

A curated online auction for fine mineral specimens. The studio earns 10% of the hammer price, with no separate buyer's premium. The platform is built; the business is in its consignor-recruiting stage, with a first themed auction targeted for December 2026.

    StatusFirst auction pending
  • Tube & Track

    tubeandtrack.com

A sibling marketplace using the same curated-auction, commission-based model for vintage hi-fi equipment and collectible vinyl. Built and functionally ready; launch is deliberately staggered behind Enhydro's first auction, since two auction cycles cannot run in parallel.

Why separate brands, not one

Separate brands, one entity

Each product carries its own trade name, domain and customer base. A homeowner filing a warranty receipt and a collector bidding on a fluorite specimen have nothing to say to each other, and a single studio brand stretched across both would serve neither. Studio Ropewalk is the holding structure, not the consumer-facing name.

Shared plumbing

One set of accounts (registrar, source control, payments, ad network, developer programs) is set up once and reused across the whole portfolio. The brands are separate; the infrastructure underneath them is not, which is what keeps a portfolio this size tractable.

Sequenced, not simultaneous

Products that scale on their own ship as soon as they are ready. Products that need a person in the loop, such as a marketplace's consignors or a concierge sales motion, launch one at a time and are timed to their season, because those motions cannot run in parallel.

Status stated plainly

Nothing above is described as further along than it is. The readiness filter at the top of the register counts what is live, what is built and waiting on a launch step, what is waiting on a market event or a provisioning step, and what is still in development. That is the honest shape of the portfolio today.
